  • Author: Monica
  • Total Time: 15 min

Description

Juicy chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and plenty of Parmesan all layered on warm, soft flatbread — it’s like your favorite Caesar salad in delicious handheld form!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced or shredded (grilled, rotisserie, or pan-seared)

  • 4 flatbreads (naan or pita work great)

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • ½ cup shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Croutons (optional, for extra crunch)

Instructions

1️⃣ Warm the flatbread:
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly brush flatbreads with olive oil and warm for 1-2 minutes per side until slightly golden and pliable.

2️⃣ Prepare the salad topping:
In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing until evenly coated. Add black pepper to taste.

3️⃣ Assemble the flatbreads:
Top each warm flatbread with a generous amount of Caesar salad, sliced chicken, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes.

4️⃣ Finish and serve:
Add croutons if desired for extra crunch. Serve immediately while flatbread is warm and the salad is crisp!

Notes

  • Use grilled chicken for the best flavor, but any leftover or store-bought rotisserie chicken works great.

  • You can also drizzle a little extra dressing on top right before serving.
