Cherry Delight is a timeless, layered dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, a smooth and creamy filling, and a sweet cherry topping. It’s no-bake, simple to make, and perfect for potlucks, holidays, or any time you crave something sweet and fruity!
Ingredients
For the Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

For the Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
For the Topping:

1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch dish. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the filling: Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
3️⃣ Assemble the layers: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
4️⃣ Add the cherry topping: Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream layer and spread evenly.
5️⃣ Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (or overnight) to set. Slice and serve cold.
