These crispy cottage cheese chips are a simple, high-protein, low-carb snack that you can bake or air-fry. They’re savory, crunchy, and perfect for dipping or snacking straight out of the bowl!
Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth)

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ tsp onion powder (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, shredded cheese, paprika
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2️⃣ Blend the cottage cheese: Use a blender or food processor to blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth.
3️⃣ Season: Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, or any desired seasonings.
4️⃣ Portion and shape: Drop spoonfuls of the blended mixture onto the lined baking sheet, flattening them slightly into small circles.
5️⃣ Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the edges are golden and the chips are firm and crisp.
6️⃣ Cool: Let the chips cool completely—they will crisp up more as they cool.

Use a mini muffin pan for uniformly shaped round chips.

Can also be made in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
