1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Set aside.
3. Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
4. Combine White Chocolate and Cheesecake Mixture: Fold the melted white chocolate into the cheesecake mixture until fully incorporated.
