Instructions

Creating Creamy Garlic Chicken Kofta is simple if you follow these steps:

1. Prepare the Kofta Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well until fully combined.

2. Form the Koftas: Using your hands, shape the mixture into oval or round koftas. You should get around 12-16 pieces depending on size.

3. Cook the Koftas: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the koftas in batches and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
