Description

This salad combines the crispness of cucumbers with the sweetness of strawberries, all brought together with a tangy honey-lime dressing. It’s a delightful mix of flavors and textures that’s both healthy and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.

2️⃣ Combine the salad ingredients:
In a large bowl, add the sliced strawberries, cucumber, red onion, and chopped mint.

3️⃣ Dress the salad:
Pour the honey-lime dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss to combine, ensuring all the ingredients are coated with the dressing.

 

4️⃣ Season and serve:
Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
