Ingredients
-
8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
-
6 oz instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
-
3 tbsp unsalted butter
-
4 garlic cloves, minced
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp sesame oil
-
1 tsp brown sugar

1 green onion, sliced (optional)
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions (without seasoning). Drain and set aside.

4️⃣ Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Mix well to combine.
5️⃣ Add the cooked noodles and steak back into the skillet. Toss everything together to coat evenly in the garlic butter sauce.
6️⃣ Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through and let flavors meld.
7️⃣ Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve immediately.
