Description

These skewers combine the rich flavors of Italian antipasto into a convenient, bite-sized form. Featuring marinated cheese tortellini, fresh mozzarella, cured meats, and crisp vegetables, they’re as visually appealing as they are delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini

  • 12 small mozzarella balls (Ciliegine)

  • 12 slices salami or pepperoni

  • 12 cherry tomatoes

  • 12 pitted olives (green or black)

  • 12 fresh basil leaves

  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional)

  • Wooden skewers


Instructions

1️⃣ Cook and Marinate Tortellini:

2️⃣ Assemble Skewers:
On each skewer, thread the following:
