1. Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours for extra flavor.
