These cheesy, low-carb chips are made with shredded cheese and everything bagel seasoning—baked until golden and crisp. Perfect for snacking, dipping, or topping your favorite soups and salads!
Ingredients

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella, Parmesan, or a blend)

1–2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Optional: 1 tbsp almond flour for extra structure (still keto-friendly)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C): Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2️⃣ Scoop the cheese: Drop small piles (about 1 tbsp each) of shredded cheese onto the sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
3️⃣ Add seasoning: Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each cheese mound.
4️⃣ Bake: Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the edges are browned and the chips are bubbly and crisp.
5️⃣ Cool: Let cool completely on the sheet before lifting—this allows them to fully crisp up.
