Description

These crispy, golden cauliflower bites are roasted to perfection and coated in savory Parmesan and seasonings. They’re an addictive, healthier snack or side that’s big on flavor and easy to make—perfect for game day, parties, or weeknight noshing!


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven: Set to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2️⃣ Season cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3️⃣ Add Parmesan: Sprinkle in the Parmesan and toss again to coat well.

4️⃣ Bake: Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy on the edges.

 

5️⃣ Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli.

Notes

  • Air fryer option: Cook at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  • Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for heat or a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
