1. Prepare Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Sear Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. Cook Rice: In the same skillet, add the rice and toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
