  • Author: Monica
  • Total Time: 35 min

Description

These sliders capture all the bold, cheesy, savory flavor of a Philly cheesesteak in bite-sized form. Easy to assemble and even easier to devour!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 12 slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls

  • 68 slices provolone cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp dried parsley (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2️⃣ Cook the steak: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5 minutes. Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just browned. Remove from heat.

3️⃣ Assemble sliders: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected if using Hawaiian rolls). Place bottom halves in the baking dish. Layer with steak mixture, then top with provolone slices. Place the top buns on.

4️⃣ Butter topping: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.

5️⃣ Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.

6️⃣ Serve: Slice and serve warm!

Notes

  • Substitute steak with roast beef for a quick version.

  • Add mushrooms or spicy peppers for extra flavor.

  • Use a mix of provolone and mozzarella for extra gooeyness.
